In 2017, our company signed a very large and important contract with an EPC. The scope and structure of the contract exceeded our typical jobs and we concluded to increase our project management capacities and skills. We took the decision to look for a resource, experienced to work with EPC contractors on high level. Finally, Laurent Pruneville (owner of PPM) was appointed in function of Project Director. He was the point of contact for the customer at management level, in charge to keep the overall schedule and milestones under control and make sure the designated internal project team was working efficiently. The project was executed to customer’s and our satisfaction and I take this opportunity to thanks Laurent for his excellent work, commitment and professionalism. Based on this experience, PPM was chosen to take the lead of other projects within our group with ongoing success.
